Eminence Home Care seeks a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to support clients in their homes across New Jersey. You will assist with daily personal care, meals, mobility, and companionship while ensuring a safe, dignified living environment.

Ideal candidates hold a CHHA license; experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and reliability are valued. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, is essential.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) is mandatory
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude towards clients
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Compassionate and dedicated to promoting clients' well-being

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks and hygiene needs
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Help patients with mobility, including getting in and out of bed and moving around the home
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with dietary needs
• Monitor clients' health and report any concerns to the healthcare team
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe living environment
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
