Eminence Home Care is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide in-home personal care and companionship, helping clients maintain independence and dignity. You will assist with bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, and daily activities, delivering compassionate, client-centered care in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Home Health Aide (CHHA).
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude toward clients.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks and hygiene needs.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Help patients with mobility, including getting in and out of bed and moving around the home.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with dietary needs.
• Monitor clients' health and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe living environment.
• Document care provided and communicate with family members and healthcare professionals.
