Job summary

Eminence Home Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team in New Jersey. You will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping with daily living activities, promoting wellbeing, and ensuring personalized attention to maintain independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients’ health status.
• Prepare meals and assist clients with dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
