At Home Care, Inc. is a Medicare certified home health agency with a 4 STAR Rating for quality and patient satisfaction.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to join our team in Central New York. Our office services adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Herkimer County.

Opportunities available for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions.

Requirements:

• Valid HHA certification in the state of NY
• At least one year of work experience as a Home Health Aide
• Completion of a recognized Home Health Aide training course and certification in NY
• Meet all state requirements

Responsibilities include:

1. Activities of daily living
2. Range of motion / exercises
3. Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
4. Oral feeding
5. Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
6. Home management tasks
7. Assisting with ambulation
8. Medication assistance

Additional Information:

Base Pay ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and negotiation.
