Home To Stay is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in Medford, NJ. This part-time, variable-hour position offers day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts to support seniors and clients with disabilities in and around Medford and nearby towns.

The CHHA will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, companionship, and light housekeeping, while adhering to care plans and ensuring accurate documentation. Active NJ CHHA certification and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers.
• Prepare light meals and support proper nutrition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide medication reminders per the care plan (no medication administration).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Support mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers

• Provide medication reminders per the client's care plan (no medication administration unless legally permitted)
