Job summary

Monarch Communities in New Jersey seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide to assist residents with daily living tasks per care plans. This full-time role includes personal care, meal assistance, light housekeeping, and social activities, reporting to the Health & Wellness Director.

Candidates should have a current HHA certification and experience with elderly residents; dementia experience preferred. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• Experience with elderly population preferred.
• Dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in the care plan.
• Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during your shift.
• Report any change of condition to your supervisor immediately.
