Qualifikationen

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.

• Ability to assist with daily living tasks per care plan.

Aufgaben

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in the care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during the shift.
• Report any changes in condition to the supervisor.
