We seek a highly experienced Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) capable of managing various client conditions, including but not limited to dementia, combative clients, Hoyer lifts, transfers, incontinence, and meal preparation. This role requires the ability to fill in for same-day call-outs. Effective communication and detailed documentation about clients are essential.
Compensation is $20.00 per hour. Service areas include Warren, Morris, and parts of Essex Counties.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited CHHA program and hold current certification.
CHHAs will work under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON) and the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include assisting clients with activities of daily living such as dressing and bathing, as well as instrumental activities of daily living like light housekeeping and meal preparation.
CHHAs are expected to notify the DON of any significant changes in the client's condition.
