Job summary

Home To Stay Home Care Solutions is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in Glassboro, NJ. This part-time, variable-hour role offers day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts to support seniors in their homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, nutrition, companionship, light housekeeping, and care plan reminders. Candidates must hold an active NJ CHHA certification and have reliable transportation to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers.
• Prepare light meals and support proper nutrition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide medication reminders per the client’s care plan (no medication administration unless legally permitted).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
