Job summary

Caring Hospice Services is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to support patients in their homes or care facilities across Philadelphia and surrounding counties. This mobile position requires a reliable vehicle, frequent travel, and a patient‑centered approach to care.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, help with mobility and transfers, and work under supervision to ensure safe, comfortable care for hospice patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Hospice Aide or CNA.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures.
• Experience in providing care for patients in various settings.
• Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Physical ability to lift and move patients safely.
