Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Hospice Aide / CNA to support hospice patients in Delaware, performing home visits and facility care with a reliable vehicle. The role is full‑time (40 hours per week) and requires licensure and travel eligibility.

You will assist with ADLs, measure vital signs, and help patients maintain safety and comfort under supervision, in long-term care, nursing homes, and residential settings. A compassionate, communicative caregiver is essential.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Hospice Aide or CNA.
• Experience with patients in long-term care or home settings.
• Ability to measure and record vital signs accurately.

Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities - Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Assist with physical examinations under the direction of healthcare professionals - Support patients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Qualifications: - Certification as a Hospice Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures - Experience in providing care for patients in various settings
