Job summary

Premier Home Health Providers Inc. is hiring a Home Health Aide to deliver compassionate, hands-on personal care in patients’ homes under the supervision of a registered nurse, helping with daily living activities and safety. The role focuses on comfort, safety, and quality of life during recovery.

This per diem position pays $30-$40 per visit in California. California CHHA certification and CPR (AHA) are required, with a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Qualifications

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in California.
• CPR certification with American Heart Association (AHA).
• Reads and follows written instructions; documents care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and skin care
• Assist with mobility, exercises, and range-of-motion activities per the care plan
• Support patients with meals — from preparation to feeding assistance when needed
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as directed
• Help patients with medication self-administration
• Keep the patient’s living space clean, safe, and orderly
• Observe patients and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse
• Document care provided in accordance with organizational standards
• Perform other duties as required for patient services
