Job summary

Premier Home Health Providers Inc. seeks a per diem Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in‑home care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will assist with daily personal care, mobility, meal support, and monitoring in patients’ homes.

The role offers per diem visits with compensation between $30 and $40 per visit, requiring CA CHHA certification, CPR, and reliable transportation. You will work independently in a family‑oriented team focused on high‑quality home health care.

Qualifications

• Certified Home Health Aide in California is required.
• Current CPR certification with AHA.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to read and follow written instructions.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Committed to high hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and skin care.
• Assist with mobility, exercises, and range‑of‑motion activities per the care plan.
• Support patients with meals—from preparation to feeding assistance when needed.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Help patients with medication self‑administration.
• Keep the patient’s living space clean, safe, and orderly.
• Observe patients and report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Document care provided in accordance with organizational standards.
• Perform other duties as required for patient services.
