Job summary

Premier Home Health Providers Inc. seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide to deliver in-home personal care under a registered nurse, supporting safety, comfort, and independence for patients in California.

Per diem position with visits at $30–$40 each; must hold a CHHA certificate, CPR, and a valid driver’s license. Flexible schedule available, with opportunities to convert to full-time based on performance.

Qualifications

• Californian Certified Home Health Aide certificate required (CHHA).
• Current CPR certification with American Heart Association (AHA).
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle preferred.
• Aged 18+ and able to read, follow written instructions, and document care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Genuine empathy and patience for patients who are ill or frail.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, exercises, and ROM activities per care plan.
• Support meals from preparation to feeding assistance as needed.
• Take and record vital signs as directed by RN.
• Assist patients with medication self-administration.
• Keep patient living space clean, safe, and orderly.
• Observe patients and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Document care provided per organizational standards.
• Perform other duties as required for patient services.

As a Home Health Aide with Premier Home Health Providers, you will be bringing compassionate, hands-on support directly into patients' homes. Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility, exercises, and range-of-motion activities per the care plan
• Support patients with meals — from preparation to feeding assistance when needed
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as directed
• Help patients with medication self-administration
• Keep the patient’s living space clean, safe, and orderly
• Observe patients and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse
• Document care provided in accordance with organizational standards
• Perform other duties as required for patient services

• A Californian Certified Home Health Aide certificate
