Job summary

Addus HomeCare is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) throughout Delaware. The role offers a starting hourly rate of $16.75, with benefits including daily pay for select positions, travel time and mileage pay, and a 401k option. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay options are available, along with immediate work after orientation.

18+ and HS diploma or GED required. The job emphasizes following care plans, assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, and reporting client condition

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or one year experience of in-home care services.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation).
• Provide routine house cleaning.
• Observe and report any changes in client's condition as part of the Health Care Team.
• Promote Addus HomeCare as the leading home care provider in the community.

If you have 75 hours of documented training from an accredited program, we have immediate openings.

Employment is steady and hours can be flexible to accommodate school, personal or family needs. With the recent growth of our office, Home Health Aides are able to work up to 30 hours or more a week. Newly graduated students welcome to apply!
