Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Delaware is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. We offer flexible hours and steady employment with opportunities up to 30 hours or more per week.

Qualified applicants have 75 hours of accredited training, high school diploma or GED, and must be 18+. A criminal background check and drug test are required. Benefits include weekly pay, daily pay for select positions, 401k options, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or one year experience of in-home care services.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation).
• Provide routine house cleaning.
• Observe and report any changes in client's condition as part of the Health Care Team.

Responsibilities
