Job summary

ComForCare Home Care in Allendale, NJ seeks certified CHHAs for private-duty home care. You will provide one-on-one care to an elderly female client, including mobility support and personal care, in her home at Canaan Place.

Schedule is 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with potential expansion to 8 hours/day and weekends. Must have NJ CHHA certification and be reliable, scrubs-wearing, compassionate, and safety-conscious.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and support to an elderly female client.
• Assist with mobility, daily activities, and personal care.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Toileting and personal care assistance.
• Mobility assistance (walker).
• Grocery shopping and errands.
• Transportation to appointments as needed (driver).
• Monitor safety and report health concerns.
• Encourage proper nutrition and meals.
• Drive client or your vehicle as required.

NOW HIRING: Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs)

ComForCare Home Care is urgently seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced New Jersey Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for an immediate private-duty home care opportunity in Allendale, Bergen County.

We have a client who needs reliable, compassionate assistance in the comfort of his home. We're looking for caregivers who take pride in their work and want to make a meaningful difference in someone's daily life.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will provide one-on-one care and support to an elderly female who needs assistance with mobility, daily activities, and personal care.

• Elderly Female Client
• Location: Canaan Place, Allendale, NJ 07401
• Lives alone | No pets

Schedule: 20 hours/week

• *Monday 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
• *Tuesday 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
• *Wednesday 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
• *Thursday 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
• *Friday 1:00 PM–5:00 PM

Note: Potential increase to 8 hours/day and possible weekend shifts.

Care Needs/Duties:

• *Must wear scrubs
• *Meal preparation
