Job summary

ComForCare Home Care in Keyport, NJ is actively seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for an elderly male client with mobility needs. The position features morning shifts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Eligible candidates hold a New Jersey CHHA certification, have experience with personal care and mobility assistance, and are dependable, compassionate, and professional.

ComForCare Home Care is urgently seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced New Jersey Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for an immediate private-duty home care opportunity in Keyport, North Monmouth NJ

We have a client who needs reliable, compassionate assistance in the comfort of his home. We're looking for caregivers who take pride in their work and want to make a meaningful difference in someone's daily life.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will provide one-on-one care and support to an elderly male who needs assistance with mobility, daily activities, and personal care.

Schedule:

• Monday: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM

Care Needs:

• Must wear scrubs
• Full mobility and transfer assistance (high fall risk)
• Personal care, bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship

Client has significantly limited mobility and reduced hand strength. Experience assisting clients with high fall risks is preferred.
