ComForCare Home Care is urgently seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced New Jersey Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for an immediate private-duty home care opportunity in Ewing Township, Mercer County.

We have a client who needs reliable, compassionate assistance in the comfort of his home. We're looking for caregivers who take pride in their work and want to make a meaningful difference in someone's daily life.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will provide one-on-one care and support to an elderly male who needs assistance with mobility, daily activities, and personal care.

Schedule

• Monday
  11 am - 1 pm
  AND
  8 pm - 10 pm
• Tuesday
  11 am - 1 pm
  AND
  8 pm - 10 pm
• Wednesday
  11 am - 1 pm
  AND
  8 pm - 10 pm
• Thursday
  11 am - 1 pm
  AND
  8 pm - 10 pm
• Friday
  11 am - 1 pm
  AND
  8 pm - 10 pm
• Saturday
  11 am - 2 pm
  AND
  8 pm - 10 pm
• Sunday
  11 am - 2 pm
  AND
  8 pm - 10 pm

Note: The client may occasionally need to extend the morning shift by 1-2 hours for doctor's appointments.

Care details

• Must wear scrubs
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and urinal care.
• Provide wheelchair and mobility assistance due to arthritis
• Prepare/reheat light meals
• Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and Laundry
• Provide companionship and safety support.
• Transportation to doctor's appointment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification
• Experience with personal care and mobility assistance
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Comfortable wearing scrubs while on duty
• Ability to safely perform required duties in accordance with the client's care plan
