Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Palm Bay is seeking a Certified HHA or CNA (Active FL license) for Satellite Beach to provide day and night care on short-shift days. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and companionship while maintaining safety and dignity for the client.

The role also includes light housekeeping, care logs, and coordinating transportation to appointments. Previous caregiver experience is preferred. We offer $21–$22 per hour DOE, direct deposit, and W2 employment.

Qualifications

• Provide attentive personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal prep as needed.
• Maintain accurate care logs and communicate with family or staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Transport client to appointments and errands when required.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s and Dementia is a plus.

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide attentive, high-quality care to client during the day and nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, comfort, and well-being while assisting with personal care.

• Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming) as needed
• Help with mobility and offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, meal prep)
• Maintain accurate care logs and communicate with family or staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Transportation may be required for appointments, errands, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HHA Certificate or CNA Licensed in Florida (Active)
• Previous caregiving or in home care experience preferred
• Current FIRST AID & CPR certification
• Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months
• Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse.

• Reliable Personal Transportation: Must possess a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, up-to-date auto insurance, and a clean driving record to safely transport the client to appointments and errands.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s and Dementia, Memory care a plus!
