SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) HHA in Brevard County, Florida. The role focuses on providing high-quality home care with a strong emphasis on dementia care, personal support, and patient dignity.

Split shifts are available with 8am-12pm and/or 4pm-8pm, offering a part-time schedule and opportunities for growth within the organization. Background screening is required.
