Certified CNA or HHA – Flexible Shifts | $18–$22/hr | Join Our Growing Home Care Team (W-2 Employee Role)

Concierge Care is hiring dedicated, dependable caregivers to join our growing W-2 home care team!
We have part-time and full-time openings available now for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) who want to provide meaningful care in a one-on-one home setting — while being backed by a supportive clinical staff.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Hourly Rate: $18 to $22 per hour (based on experience and case needs)

• Employment Status: W-2 employee (taxes withheld)

• Shifts: Part-time and full-time openings; flexible daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available

• Location: In-home visits throughout the North East Florida region

Your Role Includes:

• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Helping clients with safe mobility, exercises, and daily routines

• Light meal prep and maintaining a clean, safe home environment

• Observing and reporting changes in health or behavior to the nurse

• Accurately documenting services provided after each visit

What You Need:

• Active Florida CNA license or Certified HHA documentation

• Meets all CMS Conditions of Participation for Home Health Aides

• Ability to read and follow care plans and instructions

• A kind, respectful attitude and the ability to work independently

• CPR certification (current or scheduled renewal)
