Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to provide direct patient care under RN supervision in our California centers. You will greet patients, support safety, and advocate for quality care in a fast-paced dialysis unit.

Ideal candidates have CHR/CHT certifications, CPR, and at least 6 months of hemodialysis experience; opportunities for growth in a collaborative team environment. This full-time role offers benefits and career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent is required.
• Six (6) months of active hemodialysis patient care experience is preferred.
• BONENT (CHT)/NNCC (CCHT)/NNCO (CCNT) certification (per state regulations) and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Greet patients on the treatment floor and orient them to the unit and procedures.
• Advocate for patients and communicate with the care team to deliver quality care.
• Adhere to Satellite policies and procedures and ensure safety on the treatment floor.
