Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will greet patients on the treatment floor, ensure comfort during their dialysis sessions, and advocate for patients while maintaining clear communication with the care team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of active hemodialysis experience, and applicable state certifications, including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of active hemodialysis patient care experience as a certified hemodialysis technician.
• BONENT (CHT)/NNCC (CCHT)/NNCO (CCNT) certification (per state regulations) California Department of Public Health CHT certification (required only for CA locations) Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision following Satellite policies.
• Greet patients on the treatment floor and ensure comfort throughout treatment.
• Advocate for patients and communicate pertinent information to the team.

Education

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Six months dialysis patient care experience
