Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an Operator to operate equipment (blade, dozer, loader, crane, and more) in accordance with safety policies. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to read plans and load charts on a fast-paced construction site in Utah.

You will perform routine maintenance, follow pre-task cards, and contribute to a safe and efficient project environment while building strong relationships across diverse teams. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related experience.
• Current driver's license with endorsements as required by law.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Comfort operating a range of heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as blade, dozer, loader, crane, and more.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and monitor for malfunctions.
• Follow work plans and pre-task cards.
• Build relationships with diverse teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
