Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks skilled workers for hazardous materials handling, including asbestos abatement. The role requires NCCER certification and adherence to strict safety and waste handling guidelines.

Identifying, removing, packing, and transporting hazardous materials, you will operate under Foreman guidance, maintain records and tools, and ensure site cleanliness and compliance.

Qualificações

• Must have NCCER certification (written or practical).
• Proficient with shop mathematics and precise measurement.
• Able to plan work and select proper tools.
• Able to compare sizes/shapes from plans and drawings.
• Able to visualize 3D objects from plans and drawings.
• Make decisions using measurable criteria.
• Comfortable working at heights.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, remove, pack, transport, or dispose of hazardous materials, incl. asbestos.
• Report to Foreman and replace asbestos insulation as needed; follow waste handling guidelines.
• Provide guidance to lower level craftsmen and may reassign work from supervisor.
• Complete records, maintain tools and equipment, perform clean-up tasks.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
