Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join an outpatient hand therapy practice. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with close collaboration with hand surgeons in a patient-centered environment.

You will provide individualized therapy, develop plans, document in NextTech, and grow with a small, supportive team offering leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT), or eligible for Oregon licensure
• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or qualifying Physical Therapy degree
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Comfortable practicing independently
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextTech.
