Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our established outpatient hand therapy practice in Salem, Oregon. You will work with hand surgeons in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and provide individualized hand therapy to improve function and outcomes.

The role offers a Monday–Friday full-time schedule with strong referral demand, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive team that values leadership development and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active CHT credential required.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT), or eligible for Oregon licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or qualifying Physical Therapy degree.
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Comfortable practicing independently.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextTech.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Position: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $60-$68/hour ($124,000 - $141,440 annually)

Schedule & Caseload
