Job summary

KLA Industries in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our outpatient hand therapy team. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with collaborative care alongside hand surgeons in a small, supportive practice.

You will provide one-on-one hand therapy, develop personalized treatment plans, and document care using NextTech. The position requires Oregon OT/PT licensure, a CHT credential, and strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential
• Licensed OT or PT, or eligible for Oregon licensure
• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or qualifying Physical Therapy degree
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Comfortable practicing independently
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation: $60-$68/hour ($124,000 - $141,440 annually)

Schedule & Caseload
