Job summary

Momentum Physical Therapy in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an experienced Certified Hand Therapist to join our expanding hand therapy department. We value evidence-based care, collaboration, and a patient-centered approach to upper-extremity rehabilitation.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years hand therapy experience, a current Texas OT license or active CHT, and CPR/BLS certification. We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, and a supportive team culture across 14+ locations.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Occupational Therapist license required.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification or actively working toward certification.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of hand therapy experience in an outpatient or orthopaedic setting.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical skills in hand therapy, manual therapy, and upper extremity rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and collaboration.
• Commitment to continued learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based occupational and hand therapy techniques.
• Provide patient education to improve outcomes and encourage long-term recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
