Momentum Physical Therapy in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to join our growing hand therapy team. You will evaluate and treat hand, wrist, elbow and upper-extremity conditions to help patients regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Texas OT license is required.
• CHT certification or actively pursuing certification.
• 1–2 years of hand therapy experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong skills in hand therapy, manual therapy, and upper-extremity rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and collaboration.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification or actively working toward certification.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of hand therapy experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical skills in hand therapy, manual therapy, and upper extremity rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
