Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (OT or PT) to provide specialized hand and upper extremity rehabilitation in a patient-centered setting in Oklahoma City. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, fabricate splints, and support pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Collaborate with physicians and rehab teams, document outcomes in the EMR, and apply evidence-based approaches to optimize functional recovery, while delivering compassionate

Qualifications

OT or PT licensure with Certified Hand Therapist credentials.
Expertise in hand therapy, splinting, and upper extremity rehabilitation.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to create evidence-based plans.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret clinical findings to guide care.
Develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans for functional recovery.
Fabricate and manage custom splints to support healing and mobility.
Support patients throughout pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Collaborate closely with physicians and other rehabilitation professionals.
Document assessment, treatment, and patient outcomes in the EMR.
