Job summary

IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our premier outpatient Hand Therapy team in Bothell, WA. You will treat patients with post-operative hand and upper extremity conditions, arthritis, CVA/stroke, and general orthopedic pain, while maintaining 1:1 patient care.

The role offers enhanced compensation through a revenue-share model with potential for up to 20% additional income, along with sign-on bonus and student loan repayment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist credential required.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with post-operative hand and upper extremity conditions.
• Address arthritis and degenerative conditions as part of care.
• Provide wound care and custom splint fabrication as needed.
• Collaborate with occupational therapy students and prospective job-shadow applicants.
