Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist specialized in hand therapy in Arlington, WA. The role involves evaluating patients with hand and upper-extremity conditions and delivering targeted therapy within an outpatient clinic setting.

Candidates must hold a Washington OT license and a CHt certification, with prior hand therapy experience. The position offers 40 hours/week, a typical days shift, and a pay rate of $50 per hour W-2.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State OT license required.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification required.
• Previous hand therapy experience is required.
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with hand and upper-extremity conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to patients recovering from hand injuries and surgeries.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and home programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide excellent patient service and support throughout the rehabilitation process.
