Position: Certified Hand Therapist - PT or OT
Location: 355 E. Germann Rd., Suite 180 Gilbert, AZ 85297
Incentives: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Debt Benefit
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Compensation: Salaried, starting at $78,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist, to treat various upper extremity disorders including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. We are looking for a hand therapist skilled in custom splinting. The Certified Hand Therapist will collaborate with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have the necessary resources for success.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, treat, re-evaluate, and discharge patients with hand therapy needs, ensuring high-quality care and communication
- Develop individualized treatment programs
- Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients, expanding relations
- Stay current with research and employ evidence-based practices
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited occupational or physical therapy program
- Specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy
- National registration and state licensure
- Experience in marketing preferred
- Expertise in custom splinting for orthopedic conditions
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
