Job summary

Timbrook Automotive Inc in Cumberland, MD is seeking an experienced GM/GMC Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain General Motors vehicles. You will use GM-specific tools and stay current with repair procedures while communicating clearly with customers and service advisors.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with GM vehicles is preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably GM/GMC/Buick/Cadillac/Chevrolet.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on GM and GMC vehicles.
• Use GM-specific tools and equipment to complete service tasks accurately.
• Provide clear communication with service advisors and customers.
• Stay updated with GM technical service bulletins and repair procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete repair orders and related documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with team to meet dealership performance goals.
