Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 60 days of hydraulic butt fusion or sidewall fusion experience.
• Certifications in Fusion Fabrication Technician 1 variants are preferred.
• Follow safety, quality, and DOT/ISO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all safety procedures.
• Understand and follow work procedures per ISO, ASTM, and DOT documentation.
• Read and interpret blueprints when required by operation.
• Follow fusion procedures and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Assemble components as required by work instructions and SOPs.
• Maintain quality standards and production logs daily.
• Adhere to company policies and EH&S programs.
• Support ongoing training and certification requirements.
