Qualifications

• Certification in plastic fusion processes within 90 days
• Minimum 45 days manual PE fusion experience
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret work instructions
• Maintain quality and adhere to production standards daily
• Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 requirements

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and work procedures per ISO/ASTM/DOT documentation
• Fuse various PE pipe diameters and SDRs (up to three methods)
• Pass annual fusion re-certifications to stay qualified
• Assemble components per work instructions and SOPs
• Maintain a clean, labeled, boxed output and log in process tests
• Ensure equipment is in good condition and functioning as designed
• Support EH&S programs and apply company policies
