Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be certified in plastic fusion processes (manual butt fusion, electrofusion, socket fusion)
• Achieve and maintain annual fusion re-certification
• Read and interpret blueprints as required by operation
• Understand and follow ISO, ASTM, and DOT documentation and procedures
• Operate safely and maintain equipment in good working order
• Meet or exceed production and quality standards daily

Responsibilities

• Become certified and proficient in various fusion types for PE pipe and fittings
• Assemble components per work instructions and SOPs
• Maintain safe working environment and comply with EH&S programs
• Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 requirements
• Perform regular attendance per policy and follow supervisor schedule
• Support and participate in department quality and safety initiatives
