Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate in Alabama to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders while keeping areas safe and organized.

You will use the Orders App to support inventory accuracy and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues. The role requires basic computer use, familiarity with retail tech, and certification for powered equipment; prior forklift/Order Picker experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer for input, access, modification, or outputting information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Reach Truck) if not already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment with required safety certifications.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, follow-ups, and locker management.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May perform additional duties to support business needs.
