Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking an on-site associate in Kentucky to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and safety. You will assist customers, validate orders, and connect them with the right associates, while operating powered equipment and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Powered equipment certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) or to be obtained on site

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and connecting them with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certification and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and locker management, reporting safety or theft concerns.
