Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage solar panels and related materials within the warehouse and shipping areas.
• Load and unload shipments while ensuring products are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Organize inventory and store materials in designated locations to maintain efficient workflow.
• Assist with shipping and receiving by verifying quantities and inspecting products for accuracy and quality.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures while operating equipment and handling materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse documentation and scanning systems.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics teams to meet shipping deadlines and production schedules.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
