Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a forklift operator to move and stage materials across a fast-paced packaging facility in California. You will be responsible for accurate inventory tracking, basic forklift maintenance, and following GMP and safety procedures.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be forklift-certified, and have experience with scanner systems. The role requires good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be Pratt forklift certified and able to operate forklift.
• Experience with scanner/barcode inventory systems preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Move units and products between staging areas and maintain location records for inventory accuracy.
• Perform basic forklift maintenance and adhere to production schedules.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety rules at all times.
