Job summary

XL Pro National LLC is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. You will operate forklifts and related equipment to move, load, unload, and store products while maintaining an organized and safe workspace.

Responsibilities include pre-shift inspections, following OSHA safety policies, strict adherence to procedures, and supporting other warehouse duties as needed. This full-time role typically runs Monday–Friday, with potential overtime and weekend shifts to meet business

Qualifications

Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
Valid forklift certification
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
Move products to designated storage areas and staging locations.
Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
