Qualifications

• Powered equipment certification required; counterbalance forklift, order picker, and narrow aisle reach truck.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time while keeping areas safe and organized.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance; partner with leadership on short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks, reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
