Job summary

Role requires using the Orders App and retail tech on smartphones/tablets, plus operating certified powered equipment safely. teamwork and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered equipment certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) or obtained.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders and answering questions.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment following safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks and report safety concerns promptly.
• Work with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
