Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is hiring for a DC Lift Truck Operator in Greenville, OH. This role supports receiving, picking, packing, stocking, and shipping using powered industrial equipment to move product safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include operating RF scanners, maintaining safety and housekeeping, and achieving productivity standards. Certification through Sally Beauty Lift Truck Training is required within the specified timeframe.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a distribution/warehouse environment preferred.
Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus.
Must be able to become certified through the Sally Beauty Lift Truck Training Program.

Responsibilities

Operate manual and/or Power Industrial equipment for receiving, picking, packing, stocking, or shipping.
Move products safely while maximizing productivity and follow standard operating procedures.
Use RF scanners or paper-based picking methods to locate and transfer products.
Assist in shipping, receiving, and restocking within the distribution center.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and report hazards to leadership.
Maintain productivity in line with task standards and complete additional duties as assigned.
