Hudson Ford in Wisconsin is actively seeking experienced Ford Automotive Technicians to join a high-volume service department. Earnable flat-rate pay plus bonus potential as you help the team deliver quality repairs.

You’ll diagnose complex issues, perform drivability and warranty repairs, and mentor junior technicians while staying current with Ford service technology and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE certifications supported by the employer.
• Commitment to high-quality repairs and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns to Ford standards.
• Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and warranty repairs.
• Lead junior technicians when needed.

What You'll Bring

• Communicate with service advisors regarding diagnostics, timelines, and repair recommendations
• Stay current with service technology, service bulletins, and required factory training
