Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Certified Maintenance Team Member at our Excelsior Springs, MO facility. You’ll troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and support equipment setup, documentation in CMMS, and safety compliance.

Schedule is a 2-2-3 rotation after training, 6:00am–2:30pm (then 6:00pm–6:30am on full shift). Wage is $29.87–$42.14 per hour, plus $1.50 shift differential and bonus potential; comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Commitment to safety and GMPs/OSHA standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with documentation in CMMS systems.
• Willingness to learn basic fabrication and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with machine setup, equipment modifications, and rebuilds for optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update records in CMMS.
• Follow safety protocols and GMPs/food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to minimize downtime.
