Skymaster Pro is a modern flight school management platform built by pilots and engineers. Schools use it to automate scheduling, payments, aircraft tracking, and training oversight so operations finally run without chaos. Most schools still run on spreadsheets, text messages, and post-it notes. We fix that.

We are expanding to every flight school in the country, and CFIs are at the center of that mission.

Overview

This role is for active CFIs who see the daily friction of disorganized operations: double bookings, messy spreadsheets, text chains, lost reminders, and maintenance records scattered everywhere. These problems steal time from flying and add drag to everyone’s day.

As a CFI Ambassador, you use your insider perspective to introduce Skymaster Pro to school owners and chief instructors. This is a part-time, flexible, commission-only role designed for CFIs who want to earn meaningful extra income with minimal effort.

You are not responsible for selling or running demos. You open the door. Our team handles the rest.

Role

As a Skymaster Pro CFI Ambassador, you help schools modernize by connecting us with the decision makers you already work with. This is relationship-driven warm outreach, not cold calling.

We provide a simple playbook, your own booking link, and a clear compensation structure. Most CFIs do this between flights, on days off, or by sending a quick message to owners they already know.

Responsibilities

• Introduce Skymaster Pro to flight school owners, chief instructors, and operations staff.
• Highlight the operational friction CFIs experience every day: scheduling confusion, spreadsheet overload, post‑it “systems,” text‑message chaos, and maintenance surprises.
• Use your personal booking link or a group text/email to connect prospects with our team.
• Stay familiar with core value props: time savings, maintenance tracking, cleaner records, fewer dropouts, and smoother student‑instructor coordination.
• Keep light communication with our team as intros progress.

Expected Results

• Owners and chief instructors booked into intro calls through your link.
• Schools you introduced become activated and run Skymaster Pro instead of spreadsheets.
• Better scheduling, fewer administrative issues, and smoother training environments at your home school.
• Consistent monthly commission payouts based on activations by tier.

How You Earn

Simple. High leverage. Tiered by school size.

You are paid when a referred school becomes active on Skymaster Pro.

An “active” school completes onboarding and processes its first paid bookings.

• Micro School (1–2 aircraft): $300
• Small School (3–7 aircraft): $500

One introduction can be worth more than a week of flying.

Requirements

• Active or former CFI or flight school owner
• Strong relationships with school owners, chiefs, or ops staff
• Clear understanding of how spreadsheets and text chains create operational chaos
• Comfortable sending simple messages to open warm introductions

Location

Remote – United States.

Compensation

Commission only.

Paid per activated school based on fleet size tier.
